Before Your Appointment
Pre Care- Avoid active skincare ingredients such as retinol, AHA and BHA for two to three days prior
- Stay well hydrated in the days leading up to your treatment
- Avoid excessive sun exposure or sunburn for at least one week prior
- No dermal fillers, anti wrinkle injections or laser treatments in the area for two to four weeks prior
- Avoid anti inflammatory medications for twenty four hours prior, where appropriate
- Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup, lotions and oils
After Your Appointment
Post Care- Avoid touching, rubbing or applying pressure to the treated area for the first twenty four hours
- Mild redness, warmth or slight tenderness in the hours after treatment is normal
- Avoid heat, saunas, steam and strenuous exercise for twenty four hours
- Continue drinking plenty of water to support healing and skin hydration
- Apply broad spectrum SPF daily to protect the skin and support lasting results
- Resume normal skincare gradually, reintroducing actives over the following days
